Ministries
The acronym "CARE" represents "Christians Actively Reaching Everyone." We believe that every believer has been called to be a minister, a Christian who is actively reaching everyone around him or her through the aid of the Holy Spirit. Wednesday nights are C.A.R.E. Ministry nights where we offer a variety of ways in which people can serve God through spiritual giftedness. Areas of ministry involve:
Visitation
Card Writing
Phone Calls
Mid-week Supper-served cafeteria style from 6-7 on Wednesdays
Child Care
Have a Ministry need for our CARE team? Our CARE Ministry is available to send cards, make calls, pray, and/or visit, we ask that you give us whatever information is needed by filling our our CARE Ministry Request.
In 1 Timothy 4:12, the Bible says, "Let no man despise thy youth, but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." This is the truth that we strive to instill within the minds of our youth. Our youth ministry team is led by Jamie Buchanan, and it meets on Sunday and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.
On Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, our AWANA Club children's ministry meets. We offer clubs for each age group:
Puggles (2-3)
Cubbies (4-5)
Sparks (Grades 1-2)
Truth & Training (Grades 3-5)
